Cancellations 14+ days prior to the event start date
* You will receive a full refund as club credit, applied directly to your SMASH™ profile and valid for any future SMASH™ programs, leagues, tournaments, events, or court bookings.
* If you prefer the refund returned to your credit card, a 10% administrative fee will apply.
Cancellations within 10–14 days prior to the event start date
* You will receive a 50% refund as club credit, applied directly to your SMASH™ profile for future use.
* If you prefer the refund returned to your credit card, a 10% administrative fee will apply.
Cancellations within 10 days of the event start date
* No refund will be issued.
