Pricing & Bookings All court bookings, programs, and social events are charged per person. Rates, programs, and availability may vary by location, so please be sure to check the details specific to the club you’re visiting. Indoor Shoes Only To protect our courts and ensure everyone’s safety, outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited on the courts. Players must wear clean, non-marking indoor court shoes. If you arrive without proper indoor shoes, you will unfortunately not be permitted to play. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep SMASH courts safe and in top condition for everyone.

Full Smash Members As a Full Smash member, you can bring two unique guests each month free of charge as one of the benefits of being a Full Smash member. Repeat guests are allowed every three months. Members must be present with their guests and check them in at the front desk. The complimentary guest passes are redeemable against court reservations only. Why can I only bring repeat guests every three months? Your guest passes are intended to introduce a new person to the club in an effort to have them become a member, it’s not intended to be used as a substitute for a membership. Smash Members As a Smash member, you are welcome to bring guests to play with you! They are required to complete a profile, sign a waiver and pay the applicable guest fee.

Membership refunds will not be provided for missed time, personal scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal. Exceptions may be considered in cases of permanent relocation or verified medical circumstances.

Memberships can be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement for the type of membership purchased. A Month-to-Month agreement allows for at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Memberships that have a 12-month term are not eligible for cancellation until the completion of the 12 monthly payments. If you cancel your membership and wish to rejoin you are subject to the then current membership rates and conditions. Membership Note: If you are looking to rejoin after cancelling your membership, you will be placed at the back of the waitlist. SMASH maintains a capped number of active members and fills vacated spots from the waitlist in order. There will be no refunds/credits for all payments that have been processed. Court Bookings Cancellations:

Court bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties. Payments made for court reservations are refunded to the payment source of cancelled within the allowable time window.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Late Cancellations: Canceling within 24 hours of a booking will result in a $6.50/hour fee per person on the booking. Please call us directly at 1-833-SMASH-PB to cancel. No-Show Fee: Not showing up for a court booking without canceling will result in a $15/hour fee per person on the booking.

Cancelling within 1 hour of your reservation is not permitted.

After 3 penalty cancellations, your booking privileges may be suspended.​​

Program Bookings Cancellations:

Program bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties.

All Program bookings that are cancelled in the allowable cancellation windows result in a the session being credited to the player. That unassigned session can then be used to rebook into the program at another date.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Late Cancellations: Canceling within 24 hours of a booking will result in the program fee being forfeited. (Full SMASH members will be charged program fee). Please call us directly at 1-833-SMASH-PB to cancel. No-Show Fee: Not showing up for a program booking without canceling will result in a $15/hour fee per person on the booking. Lessons and Clinics Individual Lessons:

Lessons must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged the full amount.

Group Clinics or Workshops cancellations:

A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.

COURT DAMAGE POLICY At Smash Pickleball™, we value your enthusiasm and determination on the court. While we love your energy, there’s no reason to be so out of control that you damage the court, surrounding walls or fencing, or equipment such as nets & net posts. If an unfortunate incident occurs and you cause damage you will be responsible for the repair fee.
