Tournament Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations 7+ days prior to the event start date
You will receive a full refund as club credit, which will be applied directly to your SMASH™ profile and can be used toward any future SMASH™ programs, tournaments, events, or bookings.
If you prefer the refund returned to your credit card, a 10% administrative fee will be applied.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event
You will receive a 50% refund as club credit, applied directly to your SMASH™ profile for future use.
If you prefer the refund returned to your credit card, a 10% administrative fee will be applied.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event
No refund will be issued.

Cancellations 14+ days prior to the league start date
