Team Composition
Each team consists of:
• 2 Women
• 2 Men
This event is open to all levels and is designed as a non-sanctioned recreational team event, making it a great opportunity for players to compete, connect, and enjoy the game in a fun but competitive format.
Tournament Format
Round Robin + Playoffs
Teams will compete through a round robin stage followed by playoff rounds.
The format is designed to give teams guaranteed matches, competitive rallies, and a clear path toward the championship.
Round Robin Games
Saturday, August 8
Round Robin match rules:
• Games to 15 points
• Rally scoring
• Freeze at 14
• Must be serving to score the winning point
• Standard Pickleball Canada rules apply
• No timeouts permitted
• Teams switch sides after each game
Playoffs
Sunday, August 9
Playoff format:
• Single-game knockout tournament
• Games to 21 points
• Rally scoring
• Freeze at 20
• Must be serving to score the winning point
• One timeout per team
One loss can end your run, so every point matters.
